With highly experienced, trained and knowledgeable support staffs, Kaavian is committed to support clients on technical and business issues related to the applications it has deployed at their organization.
Kaavian is well-experienced in providing product level supports on ESRI suite of GIS products. The support services would be on par with any other organizations as Kaavian has the right people with several years of experience in supporting ESRI’s worldwide customers.
Once clients deploy Kaavian's applications and agree with its maintenance service, they will receive constant patches, and upgrades depending on the new release of the ESRI base products.
For example, if their application is developed on ArcEngine 9.3, on arrival of 9.4 from ESRI, Kaavian will take care to upgrade their custom application to 9.4 releases.
